Course Outline/Objectives
This course highlights the fundamentals of management know-how based on the real-life managerial experience of CEOs assigned overseas. This academic year, there is special emphasis placed on the US and Asia (especially China and Thailand). The course is strongly recommended for managers who are scheduled to undertake a period of time overseas.
