What is leadership? For many years this theme has been considered from a conventional point of view. However, these days we should know that leadership means not only "strength" but also "diversity". In addition it is important to understand that definitions of leadership depend upon the lifecycle of an organization. In this course, we will study the components of leadership necessary for practical organizational growth.
