Course Outline/Objectives

In this course, we study the essentials of developing and managing a business venture. In addition to entrepreneurship, we look at the growth mechanisms through which a venture company can become stable and successful.

There are 5 crucial points for managing a venture company.

• Firstly, we should focus on particular markers and have a customer-centric viewpoint.
• Secondly, we should manage the company to increase profits.
• Thirdly, we should have a well-planned financial outlook (especially for funds).
• Fourthly, we should organize a team of top management.
• Fifthly, we should state and live by company values.

We will learn about all five of the above themes through real life case studies.
