Professional Background

After working for 15 years overseas Hirotsugu Fukao returned to Japan in July 2007 and began working for Fujisoft Inc. Prior to joining Fujisoft he worked for several companies including Recruit Co. and its subsidiaries, where he engaged in the establishment of real estate investment and management subsidiaries in Los Angeles and other locations across the US. In 1995 he joined Arthur D. Little, Inc. as a Consultant and in 2002 began working for a spin off company (TIAX, LLC) as Senior Technologist. In his 12 years at ADL and TIAX he engaged in project consultation in the areas of strategic planning and technology analysis, serving mainly American/European corporations and government agencies. Mr. Fukuo graduated from Doshisha University's Faculty of Engineering then earned a Masters of Science in Management from the Arthur D. Little School of Management and a MBA from the Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business.
