Mikako Inamasu

Professional Background
Mikako Inamasu began her career at Fujitsu Co. Ltd. as Field Systems Engineer. After leaving Fujitsu she earned her MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (now the Thunderbird School of Global Management). Ms. Inamasu became a co-founder of the HR institute in 1993. Since then she has been engaged in consulting work and HR training programs which aim to develop the individual in a corporation. She also promotes people welfare and headed a project to build a school in Vietnam. In addition she is a prolific author of HRI books. Ms. Inamasu received her BA from Gakusyuin University's Physiology Department.
