Mr. Kawakami graduated in Educational Psychology from Kyoto University's Faculty of Education. After working for Sanno Research Institute and Hays Group Japan Ltd, he began working in his present positions. He has been engaged with human management strategy for a number of years and a consultant on personnel management reform for many major companies.
