Professional Background

Mr. Takatoshi Matsumoto, founder of Sun Microsystems Japan, lectures on Entrepreneurship. While based in the US, Mr. Matsumoto held the position of Vice President of Asia operations for Cisco Systems before returning to Japan as company President then Chairperson. He received an honorary Ph.D. degree from Keio University in 2001 and was a professor at the university's graduate school of Media and Governance until 2002. Mr. Matsumoto is currently a guest lecturer at the Hosei University Business School.
