Professional Background
Mr. Minoru Noda began his career at the Nomura Research Institute in 1981, and became Manager of the Management Consulting Department. Later, he moved to Recruit Co., Ltd and became a fellow of the organization. He is presently Professor of Global Business for the Meiji University Graduate School. He is also the president of J.Feel Inc. and a member of Amuse Inc. Mr. Noda enjoys regular assignments as a commentator on TV and radio, writes books and gives lectures. In addition he works as a consultant in various fields and supports venture businesses. Mr. Noda is author of "BBT Select 5, Passion Management, "Note on Organization Theory"(Business Basic Series), "Performance Based Evaluation Systems that Motivate", "Performance Based Evaluation Systems that are Too Strict" and "Commitment Management".
