Tanja Bach has lived, studied and worked in Europe, US and Asia. After a 10 year career with Swiss Re, that included product design, client management and controlling functions, Tanja changed directions to pursue an HR career, gaining experience in recruiting, training and coaching. In 2006 she founded Bach Solutions, focusing on empowering individuals to simplify their life and focusing on the things important to them. As a corporate consultant she has worked for both large institutions like Lehman Brothers, Citibank and UBS and small medium size enterprises and start-ups.
